The golf courses stands up to any level from beginning golfers, amateur golfers, even the highest tour events that we've hosted here, and this is certainly the epitome of a classic golf course. We use the lay of the land here versus moving a lot of dirt. And so Reese used Robert Trent Jones and then Reese also they use the playability of the course and the way the mounds and the hills work. We do have elevated greens which makes it a little more difficult at sea level because everything's all carried into these greens, but the flash bunkers now have evolved over time. When you get out here, I think a lot of people are surprised because the front nine plays through these old oak trees through the gentle rolling hills similar to what, of course, you might find up in the Northeast. And then the back nine plays out around the swash and Lake Singleton. So we have a great blend between wooded holes and open holes. Short game's very important around here because if you miss a green, it's not an easy kind of pitch-and-run shot to a relatively easy pin. You're usually having to either flop one over the edge of a bunker to a tight pin, or you're going to have to hit it out and let it roll over a ridge down to another plateau on the green. So the greens complex is, people think tee to green is tough out here, but the game really starts out here around that greens complex.
