It's a beautiful Jack Nicklaus signature designed golf course. It's very easy off the tee. A lot of hills and undulation that you don't see much at the beach. And some very good greens, not very big greens. You need to place your ball. Even though it's fairly open off the tee, you do need to place your ball in the proper position to be able to get at any of the flag sticks. It's actually a very friendly golf course. Not a ton of sand traps that are really in play. You never really have a flat lie out here, which is fun. It's a challenge that makes you think around the golf course a little bit. But it really sets up good backdrops. So when you're standing there looking at the hole, the mounds and hills, it all frames. It frames the golf course out really well. And greens are always good. It's not an overly long golf course. It's just ... It's always in good condition
