Three Myrtle Beach-Area Fishing Charters to Help You Set Sail

We’ve mentioned before how elaborate the water in and around Myrtle Beach has crafted who we are.

Not surprisingly then, fishing charters have provided countless hours of entertainment for those who want to get out there and cast their lines.

Yet, not all charters are created equal. From the coastline to our inland zones, we wanted to give you three distinct and established choices. One of them will meet your needs, but more importantly, they can give you hours of enjoyment in some of the calmest parts of the Grand Strand and beyond.

LITTLE RIVER
The Little River Fishing Fleet is a bit different than some of its competitors in that it has some boats that others don’t. From private charters to per-person open-air boats to its 90-foot vessels, this company has been setting sail for more than three decades and provides everything you’ll need to just show up at the designated time.

The charters even allow guests to bring their own coolers, while drinks and snack are available for purchase on the others.

Whether its trolling, bottom trolling or shark fishing you’re looking for, guests of Little River Fishing Fleet rave over their experiences.

MURRELLS INLET
Like Little River, Murrells Inlet offers no shortage of options when it comes to getting onto someone else’s boat and doing your thing for either a half-day or full-day excursion. That’s where Murrells Inlet Fishing Charters can be your best friend.

They offer a large number of treks in the inlet, nearshore Atlantic and even offshore voyages where patrons can make sure they’re getting not only what they want, but what they’re comfortable with.

The packages span from two to six guests.

CONWAY
Waccamaw Outfitters is a little more limited in what it can provide, albeit to no fault of its own. Large fishing vessels simply aren’t viable on the Waccamaw River, so tours are limited to two guests.

What isn’t limited is the sheer volume of bass and catfish you could catch in the famed blackwater body of water. Waccamaw Outfitters is locally owned and positioned at the Conway Marina just off the river in downtown.

Charters are also available nearly year round.
