Brad, what are the insider tips to play this course?
Brad:
Thanks, Meredith. Appreciate you being out here. So, I came up with three things when you play World Tour that you want to look at when you’re playing. 13 of our 18 holes out here have water on them. So, there is quite a bit of water in play, and especially on the open nine, the water comes into play lot on the right-hand side. So, what you want to do off the tee box is favor the left-hand side of the fairway as you play the open side. It’ll give you a better read into the green and as well as keep you out of trouble. When it comes to around the green complexes, a lot of the green slope from back to front. So, the prevalent play is to keep the ball short of the holes to give yourself an uphill putt, a good chance at birdie, and the last thing, I think obviously with a lot of courses in the Myrtle Beach area, with Bermuda grass on the greens, there’s a lot of grain in the greens.
Brad:
So, especially here, if you get above the hole and you have a downhill putt, the downhill putts are going to be extremely fast while the uphill putts may be a little slower. So, you want to give yourself a chance to have that uphill putt, so you have a better chance to make it, but those are things I look at when I tell people.
Meredith:
